Staff Communication

  • Erebos Staff will never contact you through outside messaging apps.
  • Official communication only happens through the server’s contact form, in-game mail or the game chat.
  • If someone impersonates a Staff member, report it immediately.

Computer Security

  • Keep an up-to-date antivirus to detect malicious programs.
  • Use antispyware tools to remove tracking software.
  • Consider installing a firewall for extra protection.
  • Be careful with keyloggers: they can hide inside documents, images or compressed files.

Account Security

  • Create passwords combining letters and numbers, avoiding simple patterns.
  • Staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
  • Account transfers require prior authorization from Staff.
  • Selling, lending or trading accounts without authorization can result in suspension or deletion of the account.

  • Lending items to other players is done at your own risk.
  • Staff cannot intervene to recover items that were not returned.
  • Act with confidence and only lend to people you trust.
