With 100.0 Inscription, craft the weapon recipe by combining scrolls and Dragon Essences.
With 111.0 Blacksmithing, craft the mold by combining iron, valorite and the Cores obtained.
Use a cauldron (craftable with 100.0 Tinkering) and wait 24 real hours, with a fire visual effect during the process.
