Combat System

Combat in Erebos includes localized damage by body part: each part of the body has its own consequences when damaged or destroyed.

Consequences by Body Damage

Head

Progressive mana loss with hits. Upon reaching 0%, you won't be able to cast spells at all.

Right Arm

Once destroyed, you won't be able to equip or use weapons or items that require the right hand, and bandage use is restricted.

Left Arm

Once destroyed, it blocks left-hand use, two-handed weapons or shields, and prevents drinking potions.

Both Arms

If both arms are destroyed, you lose the ability to use or equip weapons and shields entirely.

Chest

You take extra damage at low levels; once destroyed, you won't be able to equip body armor.

Progressive stamina loss; once destroyed, you won't be able to stay mounted during a duel.

Details

  • Use the .examinar command to select specific body zones on your target.
  • You can also choose "Select all areas" for a random-zone attack.
  • The .descansar command restores between 5% and 15% of health, randomly, per interval in each zone.
  • It's automatically interrupted if you're attacked while resting.
